Jason Morgan Roe, 37, 3155 E. Buckskin Ln., Hernando, was arrested by the Cit-

rus County Sheriff's Office, March 19, after a deputy arrived at N. Stetson Ter., in response

to a report of a suspicious person, to find Roe leaning on a neighbor's fence, shaking it
aggressively. Roe told the deputy he must have been sleepwalking. The only identification
