First Time Home Buyer Classes
Citrus County Housing Services
is offering First Time Homebuyers classes
to interested individuals from 8:30am-
4:30pm on Saturday, February 8th, 2014
at the Citrus County Resource Center, lo-
cated at 2804 W. Marc Knighton Court in
Lecanto. There is no charge to attend these
sessions, but you must reserve your seat.
Participants who attend the en-
tire session will receive a Certificate of
Completion that is required for Neigh-
borhood Stabilization Program and other
first time homebuyer assistance programs.
The class will consist of the entire home
buying process from preparing your credit
and finances, shopping for a home, home
inspection, fair housing, available loan
products, loan approval and closing. A va-
riety of industry professional will present
and answer questions throughout the ses-
sion.
No child care is available. Lunch will
be provided by TD Bank.
