for Fundraiser
Local dogs and cats are tuning up to show their
support for Levy County's biggest block party, the 2nd
Annual Bark-N-Purr Charity Concert and BBQ Cook-Off.
On Saturday, February 28th, the Bronson Youth League
Park on Picnic St. will come alive with a full day of family
fun and activities to benefit the Humane Society of Levy
County. The featured entertainer will be Sony BMG
Nashville recording artist Craig Morgan.
The $25 advance admission tickets are going fast at local outlets but will be available
by telephone (877) 725-8849. Admission at the gate will be $35 for ages 11 and up, $6 for ages
4 to 10, and free for children 3 and under.
The Nature Coast Transportation System will provide free shuttle service from the
schools to the park on a regular schedule. There will be a $2 donation for parking to benefit
Bronson High School sports.
Round up your relatives, friends and family and bring your lawn chairs or blankets
and come on out. But we ask that you leave your animals and alcohol at home. For more
