Aleyda Patricia Elliott, 43, Beverly Hills, was arrested by the Citrus County Sher-
iff's Office, Feb. 14, charged with domestic battery. Her bond was set at none.
James Douglas Patton, 71, 6449 W. Appomattox Ln., Homosassa, was arrested
by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 14, charged with aggravated stalking (credible
threat with intent). His bond was set at none. The arrest report stated that a woman told
deputies that Patton had showed up at her house, several times, looking for her friend, hold-
ing a guun and threatening to kill her friend.
Candice Marie Sanders, 50, 11240 N. Northwood Dr. 91, Inglis, was arrested by
the Florida Highway Patrol, Feb. 14, charged with driving under the influence with dam-
age to property. Her bond was set at $1,000. According to the FHP arrest report, Sander's
had crashed a red Silverado with an Arkansas tag into a fence at her residence. A witness at
the scene told the trooper what she'd seen. The trooper reported that Sanders' speech was
slurred, she was unsteady on her feet and smelled of alcohol. Several times she stumbled,
according to the report, and she had difficulty keeping her balance. Sanders performed poor-
ly on roadside sobriety testing, and at the Levy County Jail, her breath alcohol level was
measured at 0.237 (the legal limit is 0.08). The report stated that she was unable to provide
additional breath samples.
David Lavghon Bishop, 39, Hernando, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's
Office, Feb. 15, charged with felony battery (committing battery with one prior conviction
for battery).
Three youths were arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 15. Each
