alleged that Parrish spent several hours at the Inverness Walmart, then left the store with

$445.70 in items she had not paid for. At the Citrus County Detention Facility, she was

found to be in possession of 0.01 gm of heroin and 0.02 gm of methamphetamine, which she
had concealed in her underwire bra.

Justine Lynn Arp, 22, a homeless woman in the Dunnellon area, was arrested by

the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 8, related to an argument between Arp and a person
close to her. The victim told deputies that she and Arp had gotten into an argument, and Arp
