Holiday Variety Show Dec. 5 at Citrus Springs Center
Citrus County Parks & Recreation will present its 1st annual Holiday Variety
Show at the Citrus Springs Community Center, on Saturday, December 5 from 7 p.m. to 9
p.m.Doors open at 6 p.m. There will be performances from a concert choir, show choir, a
theatrical show of “Yours Truly, Jack Frost” by the CRHS Drama Dept., as well as holiday
skits while sitting in a holiday winter wonderland. Sing along with strolling carolers and a
special visit from Santa. Tickets are $5 per person and may be purchased in advance at the

The Rock & the Rabbi” in Lecanto, Dec. 5
A rousing musical, “The Rock & the Rabbi,” will be held at the Curtis Peterson
Auditorium in Lecanto on Sat., Dec. 5, at 7:00 p.m. Ticket prices are $30. It’s the story of
the friendship between Peter and Jesus, in a mix of original acoustic music and storytelling.

Nature Coast Maryland Club Meeting Schedule
The Nature Coast Maryland Club will hold its annual Christmas party on Wednesday,
Dec. 9, 2009, at 12 noon, at Tug’s Restaurant, US 44, Crystal River.
Attendance is by pre-paid reservation only. Reservation forms and payment must be
received no later than Friday, Dec. 4. Please mail reservations and payments to Mr. Virgil
Bird, 8058 W. Coconut Drive, Homosassa, FL 34448. Virgil may be contacted by phone at
352-628-3691 with questions. Members should also include their dues payment for the year
2010. Dues remain at $6.00 per member.
