Michael Anthony Tramontana, 35, Crystal River, was arrested by the Citrus Coun-
ty Sheriff's Office, Dec. 2, on one count of possession of a controlled substance (3.52 grams

heroin). His bond was set at $2,000. According to the arrest report, Tramontana was arrested
after a traffic stop in Crystal River about 10:00 pm, due to the vehicle Tramontana was

driving having no operational tag light. Tramontana gave permission for the vehicle to be

searched, and the heroin was located, along with 1.74 grams of cannabis. Tramontana was
also issued a written warning for the tag light infraction.

Jonathan Kevin Daughtry, 31, Forsyth, GA, was arrested by the Citrus County
Sheriff's Office, Dec. 3, charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant victim (no bond

given). Daughtry is accused of striking a woman (who stated she is thirteen weeks pregnant)

and also of threatening to stab the pregnant victim and another person inside the vehicle,
after first thrusting a knife into the dashboard of the vehicle. The incident was witnessed by

