In a game against Oak Hall, the boy's basketball team won with a score of 31-10;
giving the opportunity to allow the younger boys to have lots of time on the court. Coach
Herndon said he is extremely proud of the progress being made.
The girl's game against Oak Hall went into the loserís bracket with a score of 23-
10. The next games will be held on Dec. 13 at home, 4:00 p.m.
Inglis Shop-With-A-Cop taking registrations and donations through
Dec. 18
The Inglis Police Department is in the final week of registration for children ages
2 through 12 to participate in the Shop With-A-Cop program. Registration can be made at
the Inglis Police Department Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
All registrations must be completed and donations received by the cutoff date of
5:00 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2012.
On Dec. 19, the parents or guardians of the selected participating children will be
notified as to the time and date of the actual event.
The Inglis Police Department wishes to thank everyone who has donated to the
Shop With-A-Cop program. A complete list will be published after the holidays to recog-
nize all the donors.
