drugs greater than 14 grams, but less than 28 grams; 3 counts of possession of a controlled
substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. As he had been arrested on similar charges

on Aug. 16 (2014) and had bonded out of jail, he was offered no bond for this arrest. The

current arrest is the result of a traffic stop in Beverly Hills for failing to come to a complete
stop at S. Washington and James Streets and traveling 38 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.
