Church Dinner
Need a place to take your sweetheart on Valentine's Day. Come to Parsons Church
in Yankeetown for a baked steak dinner. The dinner consist of steak, mashed potatoes,
green beans, rolls, cranberry gelatin salad, dessert and coffee or tea all for $7.00 donation.
The dinner is on Friday February 14th from 4:30 to 6:30.The church is located at 5850 Riv-

Womans Club Spaghetti Dinner
As word spreads about the "good eats" at the Woman's Club from soup to chili,
salad, spaghetti and pancakes, it appears expanding the Clubhouse will be in order. Anyone
who would like to donate supplies to get that project started; call the club at 447-2057.
Don't forget our Spaghetti Dinner, February 22nd. The Bistro will be open from
5pm-8pm, bring your own wine or favorite beverage and don't forget your friends and
neighbors. Another reason to save the date; get your tickets for the "Scrappy Millennium"
quilt raffle. This quilt was one Helen Siegel completed in 2000 and was generously do-
