wipes, Rice Crispy Treats, Cap'n Crunch, Pop Tarts, Hawaiian Punch, two oven roasted tur-

keys, two Reese trees and yoga pants. Ms. New told deputies that it was she in the surveil-

lance photograph, but she may or may not have paid for the items. The arrest report stated
that the surveillance video confirmed the deputy's suspicion that the items had not been paid

for, and she was taken into custody.
